Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

BizBuilderBridge is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of products and services. Sellers are independent parties responsible for their own listings, fulfillment, and customer obligations.

2. User Accounts

Users may register as buyers or sellers. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Listing accuracy
• Product/service delivery
• Refund handling where applicable
• Legal and tax compliance

4. Stripe Connect Direct Payments

BizBuilderBridge uses Stripe Connect to process marketplace transactions. Payments are made directly from buyers to sellers through Stripe’s secure infrastructure.

• Sellers must maintain valid Stripe Connect accounts
• Funds are paid directly into seller-connected Stripe accounts
• BizBuilderBridge may collect platform fees automatically at transaction time
• Stripe processes and secures payment data independently

BizBuilderBridge does not hold buyer funds unless required by Stripe workflow rules.

5. Platform Fees

BizBuilderBridge may charge sellers marketplace transaction fees, subscription fees, or service fees disclosed during onboarding or checkout.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are governed primarily by seller policies unless otherwise stated. Stripe dispute mechanisms may apply to eligible card transactions.

7. Prohibited Use

• Fraudulent listings
• Illegal goods or services
• Unauthorized payment circumvention
• Abuse of platform messaging systems

8. Limitation of Liability

BizBuilderBridge is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, including delivery failures, misrepresentation, or transaction losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
